Just a few words from our puppy families....
< /div>
He is great with the kids and is very loyal, he is a big mush but don't mess with the kids or he gets very defensive. He is so lovable and gets along with the other dog and cats very well. He sits and gives paw and listens well. He knows who is boss and he has no problem with that.  We could not of asked for a better dog he is great!!

Both ears now appear to be up. The right one has been up for a few weeks now but the left one just went up yesterday. He weighed 47 pounds at 3.5 months and has been putting on 3.5-4.0 pounds each week. We pretty much give him the roam of the house when we are home. He has not had an accident in several weeks. He is our 5th GSD and is by far the best at this.
He is still getting along great with the adult female. He is about to wear her out though.
Hope all is going well with the rest of the litter.

It really is hard to believe my fur babies are a year old.  I have enclosed a picture of Myles taken yesterday at his birthday party.
Myles is a ham.  He's so mellow and gentle with people.  He  has not met a bed he does not like and loves to cuddle.  He is a social butterfly and very silly.   Myles is somewhat vocal and has taken up howling.  Which is amusing.  He and Daisy play for hours on end.
I did have Myles neutered in November. Our vet here starts checking hips before a large breed puppy is a year old, so Myles did have his checked and the hips were very good.  He will have them checked again at the 18 month mark.   I'll let you know the results just for your records.
Thank you for bringing such a wonderful little dog into the world.

Third week obedience class, Schaffer made Patch & me proud, she is easily trainable & wants to please.Has experienced kennel living for 2 weeks, did very well being that the first time left for 10 hours. She would not use the doggie door or go to the bathroom in the kennel.
Schafer is a velcro friend, she is a very good girl, likes to ride in the truck or car, play frisbee and kiss your neck & ears.
She is oh so spoiled, but that's ok.
Schafer barks at anything new in the yard or on our trips.
We love her, she has a sense of humor & great spirit!!!!!!
Very intelligent

Just wanted to let you know we have named the puppy Myles!
Myles was at the vet today.  He weighs 27.5 pounds.  I'm suprised he gained any weight at all given all the running around he has been doing.  The vet was very impressed with Myles and complimented the fine breeding. Myles' temperment was superb!  Everyone in the office came out to see him.  No one in the office had ever seen a blonde german shepherd. They are all very excited to watch him grow.

Dear Kelly-
Just a short note to express our thanks for bringing sweet wonderful Bella into the world. She is fitting into our pack so beautifully. She is a happy girl and wags her tail constantly, even when she is drinking water from the dog bowl. She is a very smart girl and is such a good-natured dog. You did a great job of socializing her and communicating with us about her progress. Thanks so much for being such a wonderful and conscientious breeder. Your extraordinary early care of this litter is so appreciated. It gives them all an added extra jolt of confidence and happiness as they embark on their journeys to their new homes.
Thanks again.

Hi Kelly-
Bella sends her thanks for her birthday greetings!  She is such a happy girl and we love her so much.  She has blossomed into a great dog.  She loves life, loves her pack and her humans and loves her new puppy!  Yes, her puppy.  She cleans him, plays with him and watches over him constantly.  It is very very cute. She is a chow hound and loves her food.  She cleans out everyone else's bowls when they are done.  Her fur is finally all grown in on her tummy where UC Davis did the lapraocopic spay and tacking of her stomach.  She looks great.  She is a tad over 24" at the shoulder and about 78 pounds.  She is petite but is a bundle of energy and LOVE.  She looks a lot like Zada and has the sweetest personality.  We have to be very careful not to scold her too roughly for anything.  She is a sensitive girlie.  I will send you a picture from today in a separate email.
All the best.
Fondly,
Debbie

Hi Kelly:
Our babies are one, do you believe it? Schafer is adorable, she is growing up, quite the personality, with a sense of humor.
She forces Wray & I to walk each day, sometimes twice a day rain or shine. We would like you to see her one of these days, also if possible socialize her with the other dogs.
Schafer got ice cream today at Dairy Delight, she wouldn't wear her birthday hat though!!!!
Hope all is good with you.
Cheerio,
Diane & Wray
"I wanted to thank you for raising such wonderful puppies. We are on day two and it's like they have always been here. They blended so well with our family of people and other pets. I never had to close off any section of the house. They are just happy and content to follow me around and have not gotten into any mischief. You have done all the house training it seems. They listen so well and respond immediately to my calls. They have such wonderful loving natures. Thank you for giving them such a loving, healthy start. It has made a huge difference. We have all fallen totally in love with them."

Hi Kelly - Sorry I am so late in sending thanks for Dax's Birthday wishes.  Hard to believe he is a year old already.  Dax is truly THE best Shepherd I have ever had the privilege of sharing my life with.  He loves everyone and everything.  He is huge in both size and heart.  He is my gentle giant.   Dax is very impressive, standing at over 30" tall and 105 lbs with more growing and filling out to do.
When your vet tells you that he is the nicest looking and nicest natured German Shepherds he has ever met, you can be assured that he is truly a special dog.
There is a saying "The eyes of the dog are the stairway to their soul" and if you look at Dax's eyes, you can why this saying is so true.  He has the most soulful, loving eyes.  He has Zada's eyes.
I am just so proud of him, as should you be.

"I am so impressed with the breeding processes that you used. Keep it up.   There are lots of breeders out there, some good and some not so good, but you have surpassed them all as a caring, conscientous breeder. The extra time and attention that you took with these pups is very impressive and it totally shows in the pups.  I am truly blessed and proud to be an owner of one of these pups.  Dax is beyond anything that I had hoped for. He is so confident and stable and such a lovebug. He is also HUGE. I adore him and I could not be happier. Thank you so much. Great job.  "
